Description

Have your keiki run with HRL this season at Koko Head Elementary’s after school run club! Kids will get to exercise while learning about proper running mechanics with a professional running coach. This 45-minute meet up includes a warm up and stretches, running drills, fun running activities, cool down and lots of water breaks.  Open to kids in grades 1-5.

Coaching provided by Michael Garrison, Ph.D. owner of Hawaii Kai-based Hawaii Running Lab

  • Where: Koko Head Elementary field
  • Who: Koko Head students in grades 1-5
  • When: Tuesdays at 2:30-315p August 11, 18, 25 | September 15, 22, 29 | October 13, 20, 27 | November 10, 17, 24 | December 1
  • Cost: $220 for 13 classes. No refunds after first 2 weeks of classes.
