We are so excited to bring to you Oahu’s newest running event! The Hawaii Kai Mile Presented by Hawaii Running Lab will take place March 29, 2025. Test your fitness and have fun with friends and family on a route that starts at the Hawaii Kai Skate Park and finishes in front of Kaiser High School. The Hawaii Kai Mile will have kids age group awards in 3 year age blocks, adult age group awards, and team categories as well. Age group awards will go to top 3 and team awards will be awarded to top team in each category. So bring your friends, family, teammates, co-workers, and run club members to this sure to be fun event! Special pricing for kids under 17 and active duty US Military. Registration fees cover race entry, finisher medal, and post-race snacks.
The Hawaii Kai Mile will also feature a team competition. Teams will consist of 4 runners who must all register using the same team name. We will have men’s, women’s and mixed(at least 2 women) team categories and 3 combined age group categories for each. Age groups for team competitions will be combined age 100 and under, 101-160 and 161+. We want to find out whose school, run club, work place, training group, military unit, family, or bunch of friends can be the fastest combined 4 on race day! And if your club wants to register more than 1 team, please register them with different team names–for example Hawaii Running Lab A and Hawaii Running Lab B.
