-20 miles right now, but building up to more.

What is your favorite workout?

Describe your running before HRL and after. How have you improved and which PR’s have dropped?
-Before HRL, I ran without direction and very inconsistently and saw little in the way of improvement. Now I feel like I have a set direction for working out and I’ve seen almost 4 min cut off my run time in addition to seeing my weightlifting recovery times improve.

Why does training with Hawaii Running Lab work for you?
-I pay for it and thus I am inclined to keep it. Additionally, I have met with Michael and he has helped me with my form. Lastly, I enjoy the schedule I have that keeps me on track and allows me ample recovery time.

Anything else that you would like to add?
-I have enjoyed HRL and hope to hit my running goals by the end of this year!
