How long have you been running?

-I’ve been running since 2012.

What are your 2020 Racing plans and running goals?

-To be able to run a sub 13min. two-mile again.

What is your favorite workout?

-My favorite workout is the endurance runs.

What is your favorite running moment or running quote?

-My favorite running moment was completing a 10 mile run for the first time. Breaking that mental barrier was huge and it built my running confidence!

Describe your running before HRL and after. How have you improved and which PR’s have dropped?

-Before HRL I ran because I had to. After HRL I learned to love and embrace running! I have been able to drop my two-mile time by at least a minute and half and increase mileage.

Why does training with Hawaii Running Lab work for you?

-Dr. Garrison from the very beginning emphasized working hard but also enjoying the running experience. HRL works for me because Dr. Garrison treats you like family and takes the time to cater the runs to your needs and situation. Even while deployed when my running was limited, Dr. Garrison made workouts that would fit my situation.
