I love to run.

How long have you been running?

I have been running for over 15 years.

My favorite races are 5K’s and marathons

My PRs are:

5K: 19:56

Half: 1:29:22

Marathon: 3:11:23

What are your 2019 Racing plans and running goals?

I would like to run PR’s in every distance

Range of 30-50 miles

What is your favorite running moment or running quote?

Describe your running before HRL and after

I could never break 1:30 in the half before training with HRL. HRL not only made me break 1:30, but HRL is helping me to take running to the next level.
