Hearing my coach (Michael Garrison) say, “you’re fucking crushing it (pretty sure you cussed or maybe I hallucinated it)” at the 22 mile mark of the 2016 Honolulu Marathon.

Describe your running before HRL and after
Before – decent runner. No focus. Kind of like getting in my car and saying “I’ll go for a drive” but with no destination or time of arrival.
After – Supreme confidence that if I can do the workouts, I WILL achieve my desired result.
