Describe your running before HRL and after.
My running was very casual but HRL helped me set goals and realize that while they will be very difficult to achieve I will have the guidance and support to meet those goals. I had no focus or knowledge on how to start training for a 200+ mile trail run and HRL has made the training easy to understand and attainable.
Why does training with Hawaii Running Lab work for you?
There is so much I don’t know about training for ultramarathons and HRL has been there to help me feel comfortable with my goals, choosing races and training. They are also always willing to change my plan as I need with life changes and how my body is feeling.
