Describe your running before HRL and after
Before: My running was all Max HR runs with little to no recovery time, essentially I just ran myself into the ground every day and tried to beat the people around me constantly.
After: I still try to beat everyone around me, but I have considerations for the day prior the day of and the day after built into my workout plan. I recover properly and I have immense flexibility to work around my work and family schedule.
Why does training with Hawaii Running Lab work for you?
All in all I am a better runner after using HRL, I have an unusually long and awkward work day/week and time constraints that most tradition running plans cannot fit in between. The workouts are designed to be done around that unorthodox schedule. Leaving me the maximum amount of time to recover and spend time with the family.
