Born and Raised in SoCal, been in the Marine Corps for 19 years. Father of 3 amazing children (Caleb (9) Dylan (5) Madison (2)) Married to the most beautiful, kind and caring woman I have ever met. Enjoying every minute of my time in the beautiful state of Hawaii.

5K speed: 18xx or evently break the 18 Min 3 Mile barriers.

Completing my 1st Marathon in Dallas,TX with my family at the finish line
