Tell us a little about yourself.

Born and Raised in SoCal, been in the Marine Corps for 19 years. Father of 3 amazing children (Caleb (9) Dylan (5) Madison (2)) Married to the most beautiful, kind and caring woman I have ever met.  Enjoying every minute of  my time in the beautiful state of Hawaii.

How long have you been running?

20 Years total,6 Competitively (entering races)

Half-Marathon: Hapalua and Cowtown (Fort Worth,TX)

Marathon: Marine Corps Marathon

5K: Est 20:15 (only official 5K run was a short course

10K: Est 44:40 No Official 10K races

Half Marathon 1:35:48 (Hapalua 2016) Goal Sub 1:30

Marathon 3:39:10 (GE Irving 2015 1st Marathon) Goal Sub 3:30

What are your 2017 Racing plans and running goals?

5K  speed: 18xx or evently break the 18 Min 3 Mile barriers.

Boston Marathon

Chicago Marathon

New York Marathon

What is your average weekly mileage?

30-40

What is your favorite workout?

Yasso 800s and any long group runs

Favorite pre-race/post-race foods

Pre-Race: Banana and protein bar

Post Race: a big fat Cheeseburger.

What is the piece of running gear/food/drink that you cannot go without?

Diggin my HRL singlet and the new Luluemon gear.

What is your favorite running moment or running quote?

Completing my 1st Marathon in Dallas,TX with my family at the finish line

Describe your running before HRL and after

Un-Focused, very little progress.
